Jos Nolle

Jos grew up in Holland where he received his Master Degree in Industrial Design Engineering – Business Management (1980). After a few years as small business development consultant at the Dutch Ministry of Industry (1981-1982), he worked as an airline analyst in the Marketing & Sales Division of Fokker Aircraft based in Amsterdam (1983-1987), spending his time marketing the passenger aircraft to airlines in Spain, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.

In 1988, Jos made a significant career change by joining Doctors without Borders (also known as MSF – Medecins sans Frontieres). During his years with MSF he was Country Coordinator in Mozambique, Director Human Resources in Amsterdam, and the first Executive Director of MSF Canada.

In 1995, Jos started at Niagara College Canada as Director International Education overseeing the growth of international student recruitment and international project delivery during a period of 17 years. During the year 2013, Jos was on loan to “Colleges and Institutes Canada” based in Bogota to work in Colombia as Technical Advisor to the “Education for Employment” program.

Since 2014, Jos has been Dean, Seneca International at Seneca College, overseeing all international operations from international marketing of Seneca’s programs around the world and active international student recruitment, to initiating and delivering international consultancy and contract training, as well as supporting international partnerships including the coordination of international mobility activities for students and staff of the college.
