Lectures or Programs

Your registration will be recorded when you pay with PayPal. If you paid by mailing a cheque, then your registration is recorded when your cheque clears the bank. If your cheque is returned for NSF, then your registration is cancelled.

Registration is available on the day of a lecture, payable by cash at the door, provided space is available.

If a lecture or program is sold out, notification will be placed on Lifelong Learning Niagara’s website and also at the entrance to the venue.

If you provided an email address when you registered, you will receive a confirmation notice as proof that you are registered. This confirmation must be presented when you attend each lecture for which you have registered. No refund will be given once your registration is confirmed.

Lectures and programs are subject to change at any time, including the scheduled day. If a change, rescheduling, or cancellation of a lecture or program is necessary, Lifelong Learning Niagara will notify you via email if you provided your email when registering and a notice will be placed on Lifelong Learning Niagara’s website. Lifelong Learning Niagara will endeavour to telephone members and friends who have not provided an email address. No refund will be given.

No refund is given for a lecture or program that you are unable to attend. Registration is transferable. Lifelong Learning Niagara must be notified by email of the name of the new attendee.

Membership is $10 a year and runs from September 1 to August 31. Any membership applications after May 1 will be carried over to the next year.

A membership may be purchased or renewed on-line, by mailing a cheque, or by paying at the door when attending a lecture or program.

No refund is given once a membership is purchased. Membership is not transferable.

Reminders for renewal will be sent if you provided an email address. If you have not renewed by August 31, you will be advised by email that you are no longer a member.

Your membership card is not mailed. Please pick it up at the first lecture you attend.
